Return & Refund Policy

We offer a replacement within 3 days from the date of delivery of the product/s ordered on Takspin subject to the following conditions ( 3 days replacement guarantee):

You must inform us of your intention to return the item to us within 3 days of receipt of the product, in the following circumstances.

1. Defective/incorrect product replacement

i. You notify us of any defects in the product or incorrectly shipped product within 3 days of receipt of the product. You can either email our Customer Service team at return@takspin.com; or call us on 011-

ii. To return the product(s) you have to schedule a courier pickup with our customer support team. Our team will in turn arrange a suitable time with our courier partner for pickup which shall be within 7 days from the date of your intimation to return the Products. Please note that if you have agreed a time for pick up with our customer support team, you shall put your best efforts to make yourself available at the agreed time for pickup of the Product.We shall make two (2) attempts to collect the Product from your address after which if the courier repeatedly fails to find you at the address twice, there will be a Rs. 100 deduction from the amount to be refunded to you for every attempt after the second time to collect the Products from you.

iii. The product returned to us should meet the following specifications:

a. Must have the invoice.

b. have all its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, dust bags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

c. be in an unused/sellable condition.

iv. As soon as we have received the product, if all the above are in order, we will ship you the replacement, with no additional cost to you.You will receive an email when a replacement has been shipped out.

v. In the event that the product received back by us does not meet the specifications above, or any of the below apply, then the product can neither be replaced, nor can a refund be provided:

a. product(s) is damaged due to use or misuse.

b. product has a manufacturing defect, but has been used.

c. product has been tampered with.

vi. In the event that a replacement is not available in stock, we will offer money in your wallet account on takspin.com

vii. In the event that a replacement is available in stock, and you do not want a replacement, we will offer you a full refund in your wallet account on takspin.com

viii. You can seek a replacement for the entire purchase or part (s) of the purchase. Needless to say, we can offer to replace only product(s) purchased on Lime Road.

ix. Please note that we will acknowledge that we shipped the incorrect product(s) to you, or that the product (s) was damaged in transit to you only if informed us within 3 days of receipt of the product(s).

2. Return/cancellation of a product you no longer want You can cancel an order in one of two ways. Call us on

i. If you cancel an order by calling us, before the product(s) has been shipped to you, we will refund you the entire amount.

ii. If you cancel an order which has already been shipped to you, you can do one of the following:

a. If your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support team and inform them of the same.

b. If despite informing us, since the package has already left for your address, you receive the product, you can refuse the delivery of the product (i.e. do not accept the package).

c. If you have received the order, and are now wanting to cancel (i.e. return the product), then please follow the steps as mentioned in point (iv) below.

iii. You can return any product that you have received as long asthe:

a. product(s) is unused and contains invoice.

b. the product is retuned in its original condition i.e. the product(s) is returned to us with all its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, dustbags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

iv. You need to inform us of your intention to return the item to us within 15 days from the receipt of the Product to you. To return the product(s) you have to schedule a courier pickup with our customer support team. Our team will in turn arrange a suitable time with our courier partner for pickup which shall be within 7 days from the date of your intimation to return the Products

3. Return/Cancellation under Promotions/Offers/End of Season Sale (EOSS)

i. In case of full return of products the entire paid amount would be refunded. In your wallet on takspin.com

ii. In case of Part returns:

a. In case the product is bought under the offer : “Buy worth Rs.2500 or more and get 20% off on your purchase amount” & the worth of product/s after return goes below Rs.2500 the amount that gets refunded will be the MRP of the product returned less the discount given. For e.g.: Customer bought two products of Rs2000 and Rs500 respectively and returns the product worth Rs500 then the discount given earlier is Rs.500 and the amount of return will be 500(MRP) – 500(Discount) = 0

b. In case the product is bought in the offer : “Buy worth Rs.2500 or more and get 20% off on your purchase amount” & the worth of product/s after return is equal to or above Rs.2500 the amount that gets refunded will be the amount that you paid for that particular product. For e.g.: Customer bought two products of Rs3000 and Rs2000 respectively and returns the product worth Rs2000 then the amount of return will be Rs. 2000(MRP) – Rs. 400(Discount) = Rs1600

c. In case the product is bought in the offer: “Flat X% discount”, the refund will be the entire paid value of the product thus returned. For e.g.: Customer bought 2 products worth Rs1500 and Rs2000 @ Flat 20% and returns the product of Rs1500 then the amount that gets returned will be Rs1200 i.e. Rs.1500 (MRP) – Rs300 (Discount)

d. In case the product is bought in the offer: Buy 2 Get 1, the refund will be after proportioning the discount availed during the Buy 2 Get 1 offer. For e.g.: Customer bought 3 products worth Rs.1500, Rs.1200 and Rs.1000 and got Rs.1000 discount and returns the product of Rs.1000 then the amount that gets returned will be Rs.730 i.e. Rs.1000 - Rs.270 (Proportionate Discount)

e. In case the product is bought in the offer: Buy 1 Get 1, the refund will be after proportioning the discount availed during the Buy 1 Get 1 offer. For e.g.: Customer bought 1 products worth Rs.1500 and Rs.1000 and got Rs.1000 discount and returns the product of Rs.1000 then the amount that gets returned will be Rs.600 i.e. Rs.1000 - Rs.400 (Proportionate Discount)

4. Cancellation of Order by takspin.com

5. takspin.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by takspin.com for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.

6. We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

• the item may be damaged during transit

• or there might be a manufacturing defect

• or that a wrong item is delivered to you

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame as given below. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.

To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation.
